Nauti-Boi

Back in 2009 I lived in Haiku on a property that was owned by three generations of family.
Grandma who lived on the furthest side of the property had a big green house full of only anthuriums.

While taking me on a tour of her garden she stopped and pointed to biggest anthurium spadix (center part of flower) and said “this naughty boy” with a side grin and a wink. 😏😉😆
In honor of Grandma, I name this piece “Nauti-Boi” after my first anthurium plant.
